Congratulations, KKSC! Third place in the Devon Inter-Club on 25th April in a very closely fought competition.
Congratulations to Holly Gunner and Laker Wong who both swam in the Nationals this year. Laker came a very creditable 7th in the 13 years 100m breatstsroke.
Congratulations to Holly Gunner, Laker Wong, Louis Gautier and Emma Noyce who have been chosen to represent Devon in the Inter-County Championships in October.

Welcome to Kingsbridge Kingfishers !
Kingsbridge Kingfishers first started in 1998 with the opening of the new 25m pool at Quayside Leisure Centre and since then we have competed in many friendly galas. We have also have trained many swimmers to compete in and county championships (we have increased our entries from 60 entries in 2004 to over 120 per year from 2006). We have also sent swimmers to the Western Counties Championships for the last 5 years and had our first two swimmers at the National Championships in 2008 and our first medallist in 2009.

We regularly upload information from our results database to Team Manager Online, so if you want to know your PBs, rankings, meet entries etc, please click here and select what you want to view from the menu at the top of that page. The site has changed slightly - you now need to select SCM (short course metres) in the drop down box above the strokes and distances boxes!

Plymouth City Championships 2nd, 3rd and 23rd October at Plymouth Central Park.
The first round of the Arena League is on Saturday 9th October in Exeter (Riverside) against Torridgeside, Bournemouth Dolphins B, Exmouth, West Wilts Force 5 B and Dawlish.

GALAS!
Our outings of this season have been very successful.
The first Team Sprint Gala was a great success with loads of good races. Pickering were the run away vistors - largely becasue they had the biggest team on the night. Don't miss the next one coming in June 2011!
The Devon Development Galas have started with a bang. 95% of swims on the first weekend were personal bests with lots of medals won.

Plymouth Leander Open Meet 17th to 19th December 2010 at Millfield.
AGM AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS:
The Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 22nd October 2009. A new committee was elected.

WATER POLO
We are really sad to announce the demise of the Water Polo Club. Marc has worked really hard over the last 4 years to keep it going, but unfortunately the clash with rugby training and odd age group levels proved its ultimate downfall.
RIP.
