Swim Clinic with Aaron Rickhuss at Quayside Leisure Centre

Sunday 8th July 2012 at Quayside Leisure Centre from 4-5pm.

Learn great technique and training, racing hints and tips with England Youth International and Youth Commonwealth Games medallist - now one of the fastest swimmers in Great Britain!

Aaron started out with Kingsbridge Kingfishers aged 11 years, gained his first national qualifying times at 15 and moved to Plymouth Leander that same year before becoming the fastest 17 year old in Europe over 50m Freestyle.

This clinic is free of charge and open to all KKSC swimmers from the bottom of Bronze Squad to the top of Gold Squad.  Bring your trunks/costumes because you'll be swimming!
