We also had Emily Lawrence swimming 4 exhibition swims – where her entry time is faster than the qualifying time, and she gained 3 Personal Best times on some already very quick times!  Rosie Lawrence and Ellie Langman also had exhibition swims in the female 14 year and over 100 IM.

Myself and coaches, Jo Lawrence and Ainz Charlton are immensely proud of all the swimmers who took part and hope that next year will see more club members attending and achieving great results.
