Wavepower is the Swim England Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures manual and replaces all previous ASA Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures documents.


The aim of Wavepower is to enable everyone in our sport to play their part in safeguarding children offering practical guidance for those who are directly involved in working with children and providing awareness of both mandatory requirements and good practice guidance.

Laura

Welfare Officer

As Welfare Officer, Laura works closely with Claire Carpenter, overseeing the safeguarding

for all club members. Essentially, this role involves ensuring that everything is in place so

that everyone can enjoy the awesome training and competitions safely and free from any

concern.
