Training Schedule 

Our training sessions run six days a week at Quayside Leisure Centre in Kingsbridge. Whether you're new to the club or looking to step up your training, here's everything you need to know about when we're in the water and which sessions are right for you.  Your Coaching Team will invite you to the sessions that are best suited to you as an individual.

Training Sessions

Thursday is our main club night — 6.15pm to 8.15pm. This is where the week comes together.

Additional Sessions

Attendance at sessions is by ability and availability — your coach will let you know when to attend and which sessions are open to you.

Holiday Training

We train through half terms as normal. Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays run a different schedule keep an eye on the What's App group,  the calendar on our website and the club notice board.
