Got a question? You're probably not the first to ask it. We've pulled together the answers to the things we get asked most - from joining the club and understanding fees to what happens at a gala and how squad progression works across our website, so do explore each section.

  • My child is ill and can't compete who do I tell?

    Let the attending coach know as early as possible through out What’s App group community or email the coaching team.

  • Do you do swimming lessons?

    No, we're a competitive club, and not a learn-to-swim programme. Lessons in Kingsbridge are run by Quayside Leisure Centre, and you can speak to them directly for more information.

  • My child would like to enter a competition for the first time?

    If you have yet to compete in the competition or gala events and are keen to have a go, then please chat to your Coach about becoming a Club Compete member.

  • Is there any changing room etiquette we should be aware of?

    The Changing rooms are very busy, and so please ensure you do not leave bags or clothing etc in a changing room – please use the lockers. 

  • What is the mobile phone policy?

    Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted to be used in the changing room areas or poolside.  You can find more details here: www.swimming.org/swimengland/wavepower-mobile-devices/
